  • ok37 will not be held liable if your login details are disclosed to a third party.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
  • You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
  • Avoid using public devices without logging out afterwards.

Account Closure or Suspension

ok37 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of providing false information or identity fraud is found.
  • In cases of operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
  • If any fraudulent or unlawful activity is identified.
  • If access is made from a jurisdiction where the service is prohibited under applicable law.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the ok37 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

  • ok37 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may charge a fee.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Policy

ok37 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Please read the following conditions carefully before accepting any bonus:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

  • The bonus is applicable only once and is activated at the time of the first deposit only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (15x) has been met.
  • Once wagering is complete, winnings will be added to your main balance and will then be withdrawable.
  • All bonus offers have a specific validity period. If the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • ok37 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games available on the ok37 platform — including casino, slots, cricket betting, and all other categories:

  • All bets are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • The bet amount will be refunded for any round cancelled due to a technical error.
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software is prohibited.
  • Result manipulation or collusion with other users is strictly prohibited.
  • Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
  • ok37 monitors all sessions and activity to ensure fair play.

Sports Betting Special Conditions

Keep the following in mind when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC events) and other sports:

  • Confirmed bets placed before an event starts are valid; if the event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
  • ok37 reserves the right to change live betting odds at any time.
  • Bets associated with match fixing or match manipulation will be cancelled.
